What cause do you feel strongly about supporting? For example; homelessness, hunger, poverty, at-risk youth, cancer, hiv-aids, abuse, etc.?
At risk children is a big one for me. Working with Dreams for Kids, a non-profit geared trawds making sports possible for children with disabilities (or children of all abilities as we like to say) and creating service projects to give children a chance to give back, even in a small way changed my life. Living in the nations capitol need is all around, ever looming in the faces of single mothers, layed off buisness men/women, sick children. Homelessness is at its highest, povery and hunger follow in its footsteps. To give back, even in the smallest way will give you the greatest rewards you have ever known, I have learned this first hand. |
Kindness Cash
CSE wishes to inspire others to give, by giving to others. Kindness Cash is money (U.S. currency) given to members out of the generosity of CSE's founder. Members have the choice to use the money for themselves, donate it to charity! or consider someone else to give it to. CSE has given $75.00 total to members thus far!
CAPS is among the individuals who were randomly chosen to receive Kindness Cash.
